01Starting a factory

Five modules, one signature

Token, operator, factory idea, optional initial buy, review. Nothing is signed or spent until you approve in your wallet.

15FAQ

Questions

Do customers need the token?

No. Products are priced in USD and paid in SOL or USDC from any Solana wallet. Holding the coin gives no discount or access.

Do coin holders own the factory?

No. Buying the coin is not buying the factory, its funds or any legal company. There is no staking, yield, redemption or promised return.

Can the creator redirect creator rewards?

No. Launch sets 100% of creator rewards to the factory wallet and revokes the fee admin; FACTORY reads it back on chain before marking it locked.

Are buybacks live?

No. Token actions such as buybacks are not enabled.

What if an order fails?

After the allowed attempts, the order is refunded to the paying wallet in the same asset.
